Reservation

Booking are confirmed once the reservation payment is received.

We take a 20% down payment to reserve your accommodation.

Until paid, we cannot guarantee the room.

Deposit

A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent will be required and returned at the end of the rental period. For rentals shorter than a month, the deposit will match the rental period (e.g., one week’s rent for a one-week stay, two weeks’ rent for a two-week stay), up to a maximum of one month’s rent.
